Host an Activity
Want to have fun while raising funds for your charitable organization? We’ve got a magical way to do so!
LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS AND NONPROFITS who wish to host an ACTIVITY during the festival weekend (including any type of craft or game themed around magic and/or Halloween) can do so with our assistance AND raise money for their organization.
Guidelines for this application:
– MUST be a local or regional non-profit organization
– MUST provide volunteers to work an activity booth at the event on Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 10-5pm
Is there a cost? No fee, just your organizations time and people power.
Do we have to know all about magic? No, but you have to be excited to be part of the magic.
How do we benefit? Through a ticket reimbursement system, your organization will be able to raise funds.
How will people know our mission? We ensure your activity engages your target group and mission.
